Our tooling and maintenance workshop has a recognised expertise in the machining of simple to complex tools and ensures regular maintenance of moulds throughout the project.
Our technicians produce on-site standard tooling as well as stack moulds, unscrewing or rotary bases moulds, in mono, bi or tri-injection, for various lines of business.
With a machine park at the cutting edge of technology, operated by qualified and experienced personnel, EMI has a wide range of manufacturing equipment composed of wire cut EDM Machines and palletized die sinking EDM and 5-axis CNC milling machines, high-speed drilling machines, grinding machines, a 3D measuring machine, as well as a laser welding machine allowing carrying out quick repairs and maintenance.

Our maintenance team carries out preventive and curative maintenance operations, at various stages of the tool's life, as well as modifications and version changes, while guaranteeing a high level of responsiveness.
