Published for the first time in 2020, this index helps to fight against professional inequalities between women and men. Obligatory for all companies with at least 50 employees, the index is calculated on the basis of 4 or 5 indicators giving a score of up to 100. If the result obtained is less than 75, the company may be fined up to 1% of its payroll.
Already strongly engaged to this approach, EMI published its index in March 2021 with a score of 89/100, 1 point higher than in 2020. A good score that the company will try to improve each year.
