EMI’s new Keyence IM-8030T machine

Last week, EMI took delivery of its new IM-8030T KEYENCE Corporation optical inspection machine.

This acquisition is part of our continuous improvement process to ensure highly accurate inspection of the most technical products. The tool precisely measures up to 300 dimensions in seconds, and ensures stable detection of contours. A rotating mechanism also allows parts of different sizes and shapes to be held horizontally, so that multiple surfaces of the product can be measured at 360° in one operation.

With this new equipment, we are improving the repeatability, speed and ease of measurement in mass production.
