89/100 is our gender equality index for 2022 !

At EMI, acting in favour of equality and professional mix has always been part of the company's commitments and values.

As a reminder : this index, created in 2018 and mandatory since 2020 for any company with more than 50 employees, helps to fight against professional salary inequalities between women and men. It is based on 4 indicators and takes the form of a score out of 100 points.

In detail, here are the points obtained :

  • Remuneration : 39/40
  • Annual increases : 35/35
  • Increases following maternity leave : 15/15
  • Gender under-represented in the top 10 : 0/10

We aim to build on this progress and improve this score every year.
