At EMI, we meet this challenge using MuCell® technology, an innovative injection moulding process that optimises engineering components whilst reducing their weight.
 
💨 MuCell® technology is based on injecting a gas (nitrogen or CO₂) into the molten polymer. This process creates a homogeneous cellular microstructure at the core of the material, optimising the part’s behaviour throughout the injection cycle.
