Within our factory 4.0, we use a washing machine for the cleaning of our tools which saves  precious time for our maintenance technicians.

The washing process takes place in 3 steps:

• Step 1 : after placing the piece in the rack: washing with water and detergent
• Step 2 : rinsing
• Step 3 : drying

The cycle times can be adapted according to the degreasing required for each piece of equipment.
