The process of overmoulding metal inserts

Thanks to our automated process, we have combined 9️⃣ operations into a single cycle for the production of overmoulded parts, which were previously carried out manually.

 3️⃣ Precise positioning of inserts in the mould
 4️⃣ Overmoulding on a vertical press
 5️⃣ Deburring on dedicated tray
 6️⃣ Sealing and 100% camera inspection
 7️⃣ Laser engraving of batch number
 8️⃣ Packaging in cardboard boxes
 9️⃣ Direct printing with eco-friendly ink
